Glaze with anti-bacterial effect that reduces the growth of bacteria by more than 99.9%. Especially suitable for healthcare facilities and busy commercial areas. Tested and confirmed in accordance with JISY 2801:2010.
Test results
Integrated hygiene solutions - Combined effect of AntiBac, DirectFlush and CeramicPlus in everyday use simulation*
- Reduces growth of bacteria by over 99.9 % (2 Log Levels) within 24h according to JIS Z 2801:2010 and tests by independent quality evaluation institutes, BAM (Bundesanstalt für Materialprüfung, Berlin) and BOKEN Quality Evaluation Institute.
- The test results (shown left) were carried out on an AntiBac DirectFlush WC with the easy-to-clean surface CeramicPlus by the “IZORE Centrum Infectieziekten” in Friesland, NL. The result shows a reduction of bacteria by over 99.9 % - within only 2 hours.
Further independent test reports
Both BAM – the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing in Berlin – and the independent BOKEN Quality Evaluation Institute in Osaka, Japan have tested and confirmed the antimicrobial effect of AntiBac.
