Complaint recording for retailers, trade, installers

  • Complete the online form in full.
  • Enter your company data and state the customer number of your responsible wholesaler. (If necessary, use the “Search” function to find your wholesaler).
  • Enter the end customer’s data (mandatory fields are indicated by *)
  • Describe the fault and enter the required details for the item that is the subject of the complaint. Provide a detailed explanation of your complaint. You can upload up to three attachments (correspondence, photos, etc.).
  • Send us your online complaint.
  • Conclusion of the complaint: you will receive your personal reference number and a confirmation email. We will contact you and/or the end customer as quickly as possible to clarify further details. You can also download all recorded data in PDF form.
