Complaint recording for wholesalers

  • Complete the online form in full.
  • Your company data is already entered, please enter the relevant retailer. (If necessary, use the “Search” function to find your retailer). If your retailer does not appear in the list, please enter the retailer’s details in the text field below “comment“.
  • Please enter – if available – the reference number for your company, the order confirmation number for the delivery and the name and contact details of the appropriate contact person .
  • Enter the end customer’s details (mandatory fields are indicated by *)
  • Describe the fault and enter the required details for the item that is the subject of the complaint. Provide a detailed explanation of your complaint. You can upload up to three attachments (correspondence, photos, etc.).
  • Send us your online complaint.
  • Conclusion of the complaint: you will receive your personal reference number and a confirmation email. We will contact you and/or the end customer as quickly as possible to clarify further details. You can also download all recorded data in PDF form.
