Located in Taipei, Taiwan, Jade Residence is an award-winning collaboration betweenarchitect Ke Hung Tsung, interior designer Yao Len Lu and Fu-Hua Construction.Situated close to the city’s Fugui Forest park, this luxurious high rise development wasdesigned around the concept of being a ‘Tree in the City,’ offering ‘treetop’ views andresponding to the natural environment the surrounds.

At 27 stories, the striking building is defined by balcones and sunshades with a wavingform, enforcing the organic theme of the design. Lush greenery is incorporated intoevery corner of the building, with a full landscaped roof garden complete with vegetablegarden and greenhouse. Additional amenities include a fitness area, swimming pool, spa, ballroom, art gallery and a cocktail bar with skyline views.

Described by the designers as a fusion of Japanese and Chinese styles, interiors andcommon spaces ore elegant and contemporary, decorated with soft materials such aswood-effect stoneware and natural looking plank tile flooring in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. The simple modern style is enhanced by fittings from Villeroy& Boch.

Ecologically responsive and minimalist, the result is a luxurious building that manages azen harmony.
